Hello! I’m Brittney, founder of Best Life Health Coaching. My journey into health coaching has been shaped by years of passion for fitness, firsthand experience with the challenges of a busy career, and a personal commitment to helping others live their healthiest lives.

My love for movement and physical wellness began in childhood, as a cheerleader and soccer player, and these early experiences showed me the joy that comes from pushing your limits and connecting with your body. But as I moved into a career as a news reporter, juggling a demanding and often unpredictable schedule with long hours, I quickly learned that staying healthy required more than just passion—it took strategy, balance, and a lot of determination.

My career as a journalist allowed me to cover stories on mental health and the struggles many people face in prioritizing their well-being. But it also brought personal challenges: the stress of the newsroom, the urgency of breaking stories, and the difficulty of maintaining my own health while working long shifts. As a caretaker in my personal life, I experienced the added responsibility of supporting a loved one while trying to stay balanced myself. This phase taught me just how critical self-care is, not only for myself but also for those who rely on me.

It was through these experiences that I knew I wanted to dive deeper. I became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach to not only educate myself but to support others facing similar struggles in achieving a healthy lifestyle while managing life’s demands. I founded Best Life Health Coaching to be a source of support, empowerment, and accountability for people who, like me, are balancing busy schedules and caring for others while trying to live healthily.

At Best Life, I focus on creating personalized programs that consider my clients' real-life challenges, whether it’s finding time for workouts in between hectic schedules, learning how to eat well without spending hours meal prepping, or overcoming the mental barriers that come with stress. My goal is to help each client find what truly works for them, so they can feel strong, energized, and empowered to take on whatever life brings.
